Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at support@aishatrading.in.net or call +91 7039693121. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@aishatrading.in.net with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup arrangement (where available).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the refund, contact your bank first, then reach out to us with the transaction reference.

7. Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately with both transaction references. Duplicate amounts will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.

8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
