3. Products & Pricing

We strive to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. In case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, we may cancel an order and issue a full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery instead. To cancel, contact us at support@aishatrading.in.net.

6. Return & Refund

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

7. Shipping

Standard shipping is free across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Payment

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. Aisha Trading does not store your card details.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, use of stolen payment methods, fake identities, or bulk orders intended for resale without prior agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Aisha Trading and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aisha Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions in transportation or communication.

13. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palghar, Maharashtra.
