1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping partner availability. Remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 days.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with reputed logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.

4. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to all pin codes across India. For international shipping, please contact us at support@aishatrading.in.net for availability and rates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order through the shipping partner's website.

6. Delayed Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue. In case of extended delays (beyond 10 business days), we will offer a full refund or re-shipment at your choice.

7. Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-shipment charges may apply. If delivery fails due to the shipping partner's error, we will re-ship at no extra cost.

8. Damaged During Shipping
